Kindergarten and New Student Registration

We look forward to seeing you and your child at one of our kindergarten registration events listed below. Before attending, please complete the following steps:

• Complete online registration via the gcps website - linked below. Upload the required documents to ParentVue as prompted.

  • If you have difficulty with this we can assist you on one of the in-person dates listed below

• Plan to attend one of the In-Person Registration dates listed below with your student.

In-Person Registration Dates

Summer appointments:

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we would like to inform you that our campus will be undergoing construction throughout the summer. In light of this, we highly recommend that you call the day before you plan to come for student registration to ensure that there are no disruptions or changes to our registration hours.

PLEASE call the school 770.921.1626 and email crystal.knox@gcpsk12.org prior to walking in.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time of improvement, and we look forward to welcoming your student to the upcoming school year. If you have already uploaded documents to Synergy, you will not need to come in. If you have any questions, please reach out to Crystal Knox, SDMC for more information.

Registration hours will be 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on the following dates:

Before attending one of our events, please complete the online registration forms, scan and upload your registration documents at home. If you have technical difficulties uploading your documents, you will be able to complete the process at school.
